All products listed on our website and in our showroom are subject to availability. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product in colour or texture due to manufacturing processes and display settings.

Prices are quoted in Malawian Kwacha (MWK) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Vitafoam reserves the right to adjust prices at any time due to changes in raw material costs, exchange rates, or other economic factors. The price at the time of order confirmation shall be the applicable price for that transaction.

Institutional and bulk orders may qualify for special pricing. Please contact our sales team directly for a quotation.

Orders can be placed in person at our Blantyre showroom, via phone, or through our WhatsApp ordering service. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been received or a valid payment arrangement has been agreed upon.

For WhatsApp orders, our team will confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery details before processing. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or if we are unable to verify the customer's information.

Vitafoam offers delivery services within Blantyre and to other major towns across Malawi. Delivery charges vary depending on the destination, order size, and weight. Delivery fees will be communicated at the time of order placement.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Vitafoam shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for inspecting the products for any visible damage. Any issues must be reported to our delivery team immediately or within 24 hours of receipt.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for an exchange or resolution.

Returns are accepted only for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom-made or specially ordered products are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Due to hygiene regulations, mattresses and pillows that have been used, unpacked, or have had their protective packaging removed cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Vitafoam products are manufactured to the highest standards and are covered by our quality guarantee. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, exposure to excessive moisture, stains, burns, or normal wear and tear. Altering or modifying the product in any way will void the warranty.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your purchase details and a description of the issue. We may request photographs or a product inspection to assess the claim.

Vitafoam Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
